China resources group,
China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd. (China Resources or China Resources Group for short), founded in 1938, which was formerly known as an underground transportation station in Hong Kong established by the Communist Party of China for the Anti-Japanese War. In 1948, it was reorganized and renamed China Resources Company. In 1952, its subordinate relationship was changed from General Office of the CPC Central Committee to Ministry of Trade of the CPC Central Committee (now the Ministry of Commerce). In 1983, China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd was reorganized and established. In December 1999, it was separated from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and placed under the central administration, and it was a central enterprise under the leadership of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council in 2003.
